5. Fees & Payments

• AskWork.in charges a 20% service fee on transactions made by sellers. Payments must be made through approved methods listed on our platform. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and must be requested within the specified timeframe.

6. User Conduct & Responsibilities

• Users must engage professionally and respectfully.
• Fraudulent activities, misrepresentation, or violation of agreements may result in account suspension. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using AskWork.in.

7. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disagreements, users must attempt to resolve issues amicably. If necessary, AskWork.in will mediate disputes based on provided evidence and platform policies.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

• Users retain ownership of their original work but grant AskWork.in the right to display completed projects for promotional purposes. Unauthorized use or reproduction of content from AskWork.in is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AskWork.in is an intermediary platform and does not guarantee the quality or outcome of services provided by freelancers. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from transactions or interactions on the platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• We prioritize user privacy and handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information is securely stored and will not be shared without consent.

11. Modifications & Updates

• AskWork.in reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after modifications implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination of Account
